Patch Panel Alignment Picks

Get patch panels exactly where you want them before you weld.

These thin, spring-steel alignment picks are designed to slip into tight panel seams and help bring patch panels flush with the surrounding metal. They’re especially useful when working with butt-welded patches where even a small misalignment can make welding and finishing harder than it needs to be.

We’ve all used mini screwdrivers to align patch panels—only to have them bend, stay bent, or eventually snap the tip right off.

These Patch Panel Alignment Picks were made specifically for the job.

Made from .025″ thick 1090 blue-tempered spring steel, they’re thin enough to fit into a proper butt-weld gap while still being strong and springy enough to handle repeated use.

Each pick is double-ended with a different shape on each end, giving you multiple options for reaching into different seams, corners, and hard-to-access areas.
